4. We provide you with your new proofread and edited document, as well as your 'tracked changes' document, within two weeks.

When we proofread your manuscript, we edit and rectify all errors that we come across. We also highlight and explain each change that we make via 'tracked changes' in a separate document.

However, we only execute edits and changes to issues that are erroneous.

For more complex editing issues, such as pacing, structure and consistency, we will not execute any changes. We will simply highlight the issue and offer our suggestions.
